Summer Ministry Opportunities
The campus of ASU
is alive during the summer and so is our campus ministry. The Appalachian Wesley Foundation is searching for two to four people to live in our campus ministry building from mid May through mid August and continue our ministry to college student during the summer. The mission of Camp Tekoa is "Touching hearts, changing lives, sharing the light of Christ." Through fun programming and outdoor ministry with children and youth their awesome staff are able to meet their mission and make a difference. Since 1979, hundreds of young people have been connected with resort area businesses (usually family campgrounds) for employment. SummerShine is more than just a summer job.
